Sales Policy
Ordering:
- Watches are sold on "first come, first serve" basis
- Send us an e-mail enquiring about availability
- E-mails will be answered within 24 hours
- If a timepiece is available, it will be placed on hold for you
- Make necessary payment arrangements and inform us once payment was submitted
- The watch will be shipped within next business day, after funds are cleared
- We will provide shipping tracking number
- Please confirm you've received the watch
Payment options:
- Bank Wire Transfer
Wire transfer instructions are available upon e-mail request. The watch will be shipped the next business day after the wire is received. - Paypal
Paypal payments are accepted from US verified accounts only with a shipping to the comfirmed Paypal addresses only and are subject to a 3% surcharge. The watch will be shipped only when the payment is completely cleared in our bank account. - Checks
We accept personal and/or business checks. The watch will be shipped only when the payment is completely cleared.

UPS Next Day Air Service with Full Insurance. Please, ask us about the shipping cost to your zip code. - International
UPS International Service.
UPS International Service. The watch will be declared as "Warranty Repaired" with a $500 value, but fully insured, so you will pay NO duty.

Insurance and handling charges:
- A nominal rate for insurance and handling is depending on value and will be charged to the buyer. In case of loss of an insured item a refund will be issued after investigation is completed and insured amount paid by the insurance company.
Returns:
- We will accept returns within 72 hours from the moment of
purchase.
Watches can be returned if found not in compliance with description. Watches must be in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the watches and after inspections are done. There are no implied warranties. All new watches will be guaranteed as to their authenticity.
Consignments:
- We are always accepting consignments. If you have a fine watch that you want to sell, we will sell it for you. We will market your watch on our web site, through our eBay auctions and our private customers. There are no extra fees for selling your watch with us. Whatever the price we agreed upon, is the amount you would receive once the watch was sold.
